CX Managers

Our customer experience managers are here not just to make your tenancy easier, but to make everyday life and business run more smoothly. We believe the best CX managers anticipate your needs before you do.;

Here’s what sets us apart…

Hotel for Business

We don’t see this as an office campus. Instead, it’s more of a “hotel for business”.

We have a collection of processes to track every customer query and maintain a happy, productive high-end workplace. This means a full team of CX managers, including one front-of-house in each main building to help you with everyday needs.

Concierge

This team of CX managers is responsible for maintaining and improving your situation. They are your first point of contact and a reflection of our dedication in making this the best possible place to run a business.

This is a relatively new and young business campus, but already we’ve helped tenants organise events on campus.

Just like a hotel concierge, our CX managers are armed with local knowledge and a long list of contacts.

Our B2B customer management team is happy to help you make the most of this cutting-edge campus, whether that’s helping with big events, making the most of the space and environment or putting you in touch with handy services, from dry cleaning to movers.

Our job is to ensure that your experience is as enjoyable and smooth as it possibly can be.

Greencore move in Dublin Airport Central

Mar 12, 2024, 09:46 AM by Leighanne Dunne

Greencore arrived on campus at the end of January after signing a deal for a new office headquarters at Dublin Airport Central. The company has occupied 10,333 sqft on the fourth floor of Block two, which is our final building to be delivered within phase one of the wider Dublin Airport Central scheme and is located immediately adjacent to Terminal 2. Greencore signed a 20-year lease and agreed to pay a rent of about €36 per sqft. Greencore’s move from their previous headquarters at Northwood Business Park in Santry, where it has been based since 2009, will go some way in helping the company to meet its ESG (environmental, social, and governance) goals as Dublin Airport Central is a Grade A, LEED Gold office development with an A3 energy rating.

Our tenant line-up already features several leading corporates, including ESB International, Kellogg’s, IWG plc, and Horseware Ireland. daa’s development arm, Dublin Airport Central, has planning permission for four corporate buildings in an area adjacent to the Terminal 2 building at Dublin Airport

Commenting on his company’s new Dublin headquarters, Greencore’s general counsel, company secretary and head of Dublin office, Damien Moynagh said: “Dublin Airport Central offers Greencore modern, sustainable office space in the heart of the airport, which provides strong connectivity to our operations and our customers. “Our choice of Dublin Airport Central was driven by its attractive location but also its LEED Gold and A3 energy ratings which align with our sustainability ambitions.” Greencore was represented Knight Frank in its negotiations, while Savills acted for Dublin Airport Central - Irish Times
